Instructions

To make a tax-deductible donation to CSI using a secure server:

1. Use this form from the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
2. Type the amount of your gift in the box for the College of Letters and Science, and mention the Center for State Innovation in the comments section.
3. Your credit card statement will indicate a payment to the Center on Wisconsin Strategy.
