New Jersey Energy Strategy Academy
At the request of the Corzine Administration, CSI organized a one-day Strategy Academy on how NJ could work with its private utilities to advance state energy efficiency goals. Participants from New Jersey included the Governor's chief energy advisor, counsel, and board of public utilities. CSI brought energy experts and practitioners from ACEEE, CNT, NYCEDC, OM, RAP, and VEIC to discuss transportation and smart growth, building retrofits/ weatherization, energy efficiency resource standards, energy efficiency programs and third-party administrators, advanced metering as well as infrastructure, revenue decoupling, and energy efficiency business models.
