Governor Chet Culver of Iowa and Governor Jim Doyle of Wisconsin, in partnership with the Center for State Innovation would like to thank you for helping to make our regional policy discussion a success. We designed this event as a roundtable for peer states to share policy, program and implementation information on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and hear from other states on how they are also handling key policy issues, program, and reporting issues at the state and local levels. The coversation also re-visited twenty-three recommendations that we have been looking at since last year's Midwest/Great Lakes Economic Development Summit
